His punctuality at our stops was really good and his calm driving on the way home through the rush hour traffic; - I would have been pulling my hair out! (if I had any)

Dear Sir,
On behalf of the Society, I am writing to let you know how much our members enjoyed their day on Sunday 17 th July. We would like to thank you for providing an excellent coach; the air conditioning was much appreciated considering it was such a hot day. Ben’s friendly and efficient manner went a long way to ensure the day was a great success. Battlefield Tour 13 th – 16 th May 2005
Dear Sir,
May on behalf of the members who went on the Battlefield tour express our thanks for the high standard of service provided by your company, in particular Ben the driver of the coach. He could not be more polite and was so helpful, he is a credit to your company. In fact I think the only ‘moan’ was the need for an early morning cup of tea in their bedrooms, however I know some members were so impressed by the service, whether in the hotel or by the tour guides they indicated they would use your company in future for any event they may organise. Once again, thank you and all your staff who were involved in making this tour so successful.

Dear Mike,
On behalf of Nutley Horticultural Society, I am writing th thank you very much for the superb trip we have just enjoyed. It would be very difficult to find any fault with your company’s organisation, choice of hotel and arrangements for both the journeys and daily outings, in fact, so difficult I haven’t managed to find any faults! All of the participants were very happy – and it is no mean feat to please all the people all the time but you managed to do just that – even the most difficult people enjoyed the trip! If I repeated all the superlatives passed to me by the members I would run out of printing ink – suffice to say our Society will most definitely be using Freedom Travel again. I will be in touch in the next few days to discuss next year’s trip.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing on behalf of the Union of Catholic Mothers at St. Paul’s Church, Haywards Heath to thank you for a very enjoyable trip to Walsingham, Norfolk on July 6 th.
